I am more than happy to recommend Vincent Lozano of RH Funding to any prospective clients. We started the refinancing process with Bank of America in Dec 2012. This is the institution where we have all of our accounts including all of my husband’s business accounts and we were “pre-approved” for this refinance about 1 week after the process began. Little did we know the hoops we were going to have to jump through and the unanswered phone calls that happen down the road.
In early March after much frustration and sleepless nights over our situation , my dad suggested we call Vincent Lozano. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I called him for the first time on a Saturday and the next day, Sunday, we were on the phone discussing in detail our strategy and what he was going to need from us. He made a very painful process with Bank of America so much easier. We actually received a better rate as well. He answered every phone and responded to us when we had a question the whole way through. As this was going on , Bank of America was still working to approve our loan and it took so long that many of the documents were expiring throughout the process. We closed with Vincent the first week of May and now 6 months later Bank of America was just finally going to get around to approving us for closing. Nothing gave me more pleasure than to not have to use Bank of America. Vincent helped us through a very stressful time. My husband owns his own business and Bank of America expected documents from us that just didn’t exist because he is self employed. Vincent understood that and was able to cut through the red tape that BofA didn’t really care about. We were clients to Vincent and he treated us with respect, we weren’t just a Number.
